It is just possible that you requested access to a database, and the database was being refreshed, as it is from time to time.

It is probably more likely that you have been absent from the site for more than 24 hours, and were then continuing from where you left off. There are variables which lose their values after 24 hours inactivity. The remedy for this is to return to the Home page and then continue on.

It may be a known problem that has already been raised with our service providers. If this is the case then there will be a note on the Service Status page.
