These pages provide a set of links to other sites that are likely to interest those researching their ancestors in the West Middlesex area. The lists are very selective and are not intended as a substitute for the vastly more comprehensive compilations of links such as Cyndi's List. However it is hoped that they may be useful, particularly for those in the earlier stages of their research.

The links are grouped into pages, covering major genealogy sites, basic record sources, local sources, parish and non-conformist records, societies, military, miscellaneous sources, and tracing living people. Links to record repositories can be found on the record offices and libraries page of this site.

Next Meeting

Our next meeting will be held on Thursday 16 September 2010 at Montague Hall, Hounslow. Doors open at 7.00 pm. The focus of the evening will be a talk by Adam Brand on the subject Grapho-genealogy - re-assessing our ancestors' characters through their handwriting.
