Services

This section provides information on our services.

• Foremost among our services is our Journal. The journal is our prime means for contacting members. It is published quarterly and is mailed to all members, local and overseas. Notice of the AGM, minutes of the AGM, and necessary passwords to access the website's Members Area are all to be found here.


• To help find articles in the collection of Journals, particularly if you want to search by surname, aricle keyword, or author, a Journal Search facility is also provided.


• In the past the Society has set up its bookstall at the several fairs available. With the fairs now mostly online we now list our books for sale on the Books for sale page.


• We also offer a few other items for sale, such as our logo'd jumpers. These items can be found on our Items for sale page.


• The Library is an important collection of items acquired during the 40 years of the society's history. If you want to know what is in the library then visit the Library Catalogue page where a comprehensive search facility is provided.


• A further service to our members is to make available a considerable stock of unwanted birth, marriage and death certificates at a much reduced price compared to ordering new. A simple search based on surname is used to see what certificates we have.
