Access other Societies' Journals

We run two rather distinct Exchange Journal programmes. The 'Printed' Exchange Programme has been running many years. We send printed copies of our journal, and receive printed copies from participating societies. The most recent copies of these received journals are displayed on our bookstall at all regular Members' meetings. The Printed Exchange Journals page provides a list of Family History Societies who share their journals with us in this way.

There is a trend away from sharing printed copies of journals, but providing controlled access to societies' journals by direct access over the internet. Our direct access programme is only just beginning (June 2016), and is expected to grow in participants over time.

Separate links are provided for each participating society in the Direct Access Programme
