The Keadells in Brentford - Jeff Adams
Jeff was adopted, and had to start his own family history search by obtaining his own birth certificate, which showed his surname as Keadell. At least that gave him an easy start, but his research soon hit all the usual problems, which he describes.

Copyhold Tenants of Isleworth Syon - V A Rosewarne
The Copyhold Tenants, dating from 1770 to 1780, are just one set of records originating from the Manor of Isleworth Syon, which records are held at the Greater London Record Office. For some tenants a lot of genealogical information is given.

Our next meeting is on Thursday 16th January 2025. The focus of the meeting will be a talk by Ian Porter titled The Real Downton Abbey. Ian will be speaking on Zoom. Members may be remote or at St. John's.

Our next family history fair is the East Surrey Virtual Family History Fair on Saturday 25th January.
